1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Sort software ("Sort", "we", "our", or "us") provided to the client ("Client", "you"). By accessing or using Sort, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any actions performed using a user's account will be considered as authorized by that user. Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the platform.

3. Data Privacy

All user data is stored securely on AWS servers. Login credentials and passwords are created and managed by users. We comply with AWS's security certifications to ensure data integrity and protection.

4. Intellectual Property

Sort and all associated content, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of the Sort team and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without express permission.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide 24/7 availability of the Sort platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or upgrades periodically.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscription and billing terms for Sort are governed by the individual agreement made between Sort and the client at the time of on boarding.

  • Pricing, features, and user limits are customized based on the firm’s requirements and may vary across organizations.

  • All charges will be as per the mutually agreed contract, and Sort does not follow a standard public pricing model for all clients.

  • Clients will receive invoices and billing statements based on the terms agreed at the start of the subscription, and any changes will be communicated and renegotiated if necessary

7. Subscription Downgrade

If a client downgrades their subscription plan (e.g., from Tree or Branch to Sprout), they will be granted a 30-day period to download or transfer data from features exclusive to the higher-tier plan (such as dedicated document storage). After the 30-day window, access to such features and data will be disabled and removed from the account.

8. Termination

​Sort reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any user is found in violation of these terms or misusing the platform.

9. Amendments

We may revise these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.​
